We have gone back to the drawing board to come up with a better solution for our independent ADIs and still give the pupils searching on the site the best choice. The details of the offer are;
You will only be up against 2 other independent ADI's and no national operations, so all 3 will have an equal chance to sign up the pupil.
Question: I have already registered with DrivingInstructor.co.uk. Do I need to register again?
Answer: Yes even if you have registered before you need to register again. For a number of reasons mainly so that we can be sure that all of the instructors on our list want the new service and therefore are valid to display and so we can ensure that all your contact details are up to date.
Question: How do you take the payments?
Answer: We are using a credit system. When you log into the instructor zone you will see that there is a section called 'Credits' in this section you can choose how many credits you want to add to your campaign. Your will only start recieving leads once you have credit in your account. All payments are managed via PayPal.
Question: What is the lowest and highest number of credits I can add?
Answer: The lowest number you can add is 5 the reason behind this is every time a payment is processed we get charged 20 pence so in order for us to not have to pass that cost on to you we have set the minium transaction to be 5 leads or £12.50. There is no maximum number of credits you can add but we do suggest that you start low until you can be sure you are happy with the service as credits will not be refunded.
Question: What happens if another instructor has already signed up a pupil before I have even spoken to them?
Answer: We have tried to design as fair a system as we can to allow each ADI to get a chance at signing up a pupil. When an introduction is sent to your account you will get an SMS with the persons details in the text. We will also inform the pupil that they will get a call from 3 ADIs and they should speak to each of them before deciding.
Question: What happens if the number on the introduction is invalid?
Answer: There is a reject process within the learner zone and your account will be recredited for any invalid numbers. This is the only instance in which your account will be recredited.
Question: Do you still offer the booking service for ADIs?
Answer: No we no longer offer the direct booking service for ADIs. The reason for this is when we revistied the service we would have had to have charged £39 per booking to be able to make it work. This way we don't have the same overheads of running a call centre and staff costs so we are able to pass the saving on to you.
